Hello, I'm Renee.

As a People and Culture leader, I witness many mothers struggling during their return to work.

When I became a mother, I started to understand the barriers and why this experience is so common.

I researched what needs to be done to support women in motherhood, while fostering their careers. As a result, The FOUND Program was born.

The truth is, I wrote this program for me.

This is a program that cancels the Superwoman stereotype that we're unconsciously encouraged to strive for.

My personal ambition is to improve the lives of 1,000 mothers.

Renee has the following qualifications and experience:

I was losing myself, and it scared me alongside loving my baby.

Then I learned of matrescence and I understood how my motherhood changes had silenced me.
