The FOUND Program
64% of mothers we interviewed feel identity changes are one of their biggest challenges.
The lead up to birth can be an all-consuming, exciting, scary and intense time and often you think the hard work is done once you have your baby in your arms.
When you arrive home, your baby's needs can feel joyful and overwhelming simultaneously.
You become a mother overnight but learning motherhood takes time.
Stage 2
The FOUND Program guides new mothers to reclaim confidence and control, through expert-led coaching, so that they can face the next phase of life and career with clarity, strength and support.
Stage 2 focuses on exploring and redefining who you are through the following topics:
- Identifying limiting beliefs and stories
- Resetting your values
- Clarifying your priorities, and boundaries
- Reviewing your personal power through self-worth and 'mum guilt'
- Setting up new routines to enable future freedom (such as returning to work)
Stage 2 builds upon the foundational concepts introduced in Stage 1. While each stage can be completed independently, we recommend starting with Stage 1.

When I had my first child, it felt like a whirlwind had swept me up and left me disoriented.
I loved my career, hobbies, and relationships and I didn't want them to change.
I was losing myself, and it scared me alongside loving my baby.
Then I learned of matrescence and I understood how my motherhood changes had silenced me.
Let's Get Started
Common questions mothers ask me:
- I can see my priorities have shifted, what do I do now?
- How do I establish boundaries based on what is important to me?
- What can I do to make returning to work easier?
We answer these questions and many more.
